The principal application of product photography is in product catalogues and brochures, with a proportion of product images also being used in advertising and on the internet.

Ad Shoot and Final Ads: You are to decide on a product to shoot, and try shooting it many different ways. You are expected to do 10 shots minimum shooting creatively.

Once you have done this, in consultation with the teacher or others in the class, you are going to determine which 2 photos will work best for an ad and then create the ad from these 2 photos. You will then edit for lighting, put on text ( an ad slogan) or a logo. Marks 20 Due Wed April 10.
